All of us at Rosenthals want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return for a full refund following our return policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery
ALL SALES FINAL ON MERCHANDISE 50% OFF AND MORE
Items that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned to customer. All items must have original tags
Rosenthals reserves the sole right to determine the condition of item being returned
Contact (care@rosenthalsboutique.com) to commence your return request. We appreciate you must enter your order # in the subject line and provide us with the detail of the item you wish to return. Once we receive your return request, a shipping label will be issued by email.
Refunds will be by original payment method
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
